  • List all Math, Statistics, and Computer Science courses, credit numbers and grades.
  • GRE score is optional.
  • International applicants are required to submit TOEFL scores.

  • Indicate if you would like to be considered for a Graduate Teaching Assistantship.

Most students admitted into our graduate programs will have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0. If your GPA is below 3.0 and you choose to apply, then be sure that your application indicates your strengths in other areas.
