About DataFest

DataFest is sponsored by the American Statistical Association and began at UCLA in 2011.
DataFest is a 48-hour data competition that will be held at over 30 colleges in North America in 2018.
Undergraduate or first-year graduate students are eligible.
The first DataFest at Montana State will be held from April 13 - April 15, 2018.

Volunteers

We are still seeking volunteers for the 2018 DataFest to serve as judges or mentors.
Mentors are present during the work hours to interact with groups and answer any questions that arise.
Judges will watch presentations on Sunday and help award prizes.
We are also looking for "data professionals" to give short presentations about their work or companies.
