Incoming students should expect to follow a typical semester progression. Typically incoming students begin their program in the fall semester; it is rare that agraduate student begins a program mid academic year.Graduate Application Form

Step 1: Know the timelines
Application Submission Timeline
Application pool for the upcoming academic year closes on January 15 of the current academic year. Review of applications begins after this date.
Application Decisions
Decision notifications to applicants seeking fall semester admission will begin in late January.
Priority Deadline:
December 15
Applications completed by December 15 will be given full consideration for university scholarship programs.
Scholarships, Fellowships & Graduate Teaching Assistantships (GTAs) apply only to

Step 3: Graduate Application
All applicants must complete the (online) Graduate Application Form

Required documentation for the graduate application
3 letters of recommendation are required from individuals qualified to assess the applicant's ability and potential to succeed as a graduate student. Typically current or former teachers, academic advisors, research advisors or employers submit these letters. Personal statement that includes the applicant's academic background, research experience and interests, the applicant's future academic goals and how the program aligns with those interests and aspirations. Official Transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Complete list of all relevant course work post Calculus II, including textbook title, author and chapters covered. |
International Applicants require additional documentation.

- Although a B.S. degree with First Class Honors is not explicitly required for admission by some of our graduate programs, applications with the First Class honours designation are much more likely to be offered admission.
