Course Summary

  • Lecture, four hours. PREREQUISITE: M 151 with an "A" grade, 700 on the SAT Math exam, 31 on the ACT Math exam, 4 on an AP Calculus exam, or consent of the instructor . 
    Honors section of M 171. Topic coverage parallels M 171 (Functions, elementary transcendental functions, limits and continuity, differentiation, applications of the derivative, curve sketching, and integration theory) but with a greater emphasis on theory and more difficult problems.
